Cancellation & Refund Policy

Goated Store believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3–5 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and shipping has been initiated.
- Goated Store does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer proves that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be processed only after merchant-side verification. This must be reported within 3–5 days of product receipt.
- If the received product does not match what was shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, report the issue to customer service within 3–5 days. The Customer Service Team will review and respond with an appropriate resolution.
- For complaints regarding products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer directly to the manufacturer.
- For refunds approved by Goated Store, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed to the original payment method.
